We are happy to answer any and all of your questions and concerns, and we can schedule a patient assessment and family and caregiver consultation. After that, our medical director will assemble a team of care advisers to create a customized plan for the patient based on their physical, spiritual, and emotional needs.

  • Do I Pay For Hospice?

    Hospice care is fully covered by Medicare and most insurance companies. However it is always recommended to contact the insurance provider to make sure hospice is covered.

We work closely with the patient’s doctor to coordinate the best plan possible so that the patient is receiving the medications, therapies, and other attention the doctor recommends. We adjust our care plan to the patient’s needs and the doctor’s recommendations.
